We have had the pleasure of enjoying cocktails at this unique Skyline Rooftop Bar over the years since the opening of the Molino Stucky.I am surprised the array of beverages at the Skyline Rooftop Bar is missing one of Venice's best and perhaps not so well known beers. Although only the Blond Birra Venezia appears to be available in the Lobby Lounge, I would suggest the wide spectrum of visitors to the Skyline Bar would appreciate savouring any one of the three or four types of Birra Venezie - which I believe is one of the only Italian beers to be truly manufactured here in the Veneto region.View is spectacurlar.My cocktail was excellent but I would say the array of snacks offered before Covid compared to now is dramatically reduced and I wonder if that decision may have been intentional or an oversight.The Molino Stucky's prior generosity in this fashion made the Skyline Bar a true destination for locals and visitors alike.I hope the food and beverage management may consider adding Birra Venezia - in the full spectrum of flavours - to the Skyline Bar menu.Best regards,Bernadette Geronazzo - Canada
